Review after the event | A very poorly attended event, with too few guests to qualify as a party. We subsequently discovered that friends had boycotted the event. Their grumble? The cover of 40€ allowed you to the hotel’s (public) bar, one free cocktail and negligible nibbles with a bowl of soup. There was no DJ.
We went, but we were alone. Because of the pricing (tokens for drinks) a Coke Zero cost us 10€, the same as the house cocktail.
So, now we understand why the boycott took place. Perhaps owners Ulrike and Pascale will take notice.
40€ for less than 20 minutes for the privilege of a Coke Zero. We left to eat a meal elsewhere as it was dinner time and the bowl of soup and nibbles, delicious as they probably were, was the equivalent of antipasti.
