Italy is set to lift the requirement to wear masks outdoors from 11 February across Italy, regardless of a region's risk status under current covid restrictions.
An order is due to be signed this Friday by Italy’s health minister.
In the same announcement it was confirmed that currently there is no intention to continue Italy’s national state of emergency when it ends on 31st March.
