Where Greg and Andrea had another of the “best” meals in Puglia. Popular with a the business community and practically in the sea, they had a “fabulous fish carpaccio of sea bream-fabulously presented”.

Pescaria Restaurant | Polignano a Mare

Try the Pugliese version of the hamburger - a fried octopus burger. Served in a bun with ricotta and lemon. “To die for” and to accompany it, la Salina - a beer made with sea water by the Pescaria brewery. Be prepared for the salty under-taste.

Punta della Suina | Spiaggia degli Innamorati | Gallipoli
